I was appointed guardian of my mother last year. I understand I am to provide materials for a yearly reveiw of that guardianship appointment. my question is, can I present these materials to the court myself? I have all the financial accounting in an accounting program that generates reports, and I have letters from the medical profession regarding my mothers care and current at-home status. I've approached the court that gave the original order, and the clerk was in the dark as to how I should proceed, suggesting my lawyer would tell me. I don't have a lawyer. The lawyer that assisted with the original order was very expensive, and I see no need to pay more money just to submit accounting for last year to the courts. I live in a rural area in Nevada in a small town and care for my mom at home.thank you6
