I have gotten some feedback saying that some of you cant't resize windows or see the "post now" button to leave a message. If you are experienceing this try the following work arounds to solve the problem:

1. You can change the resolution of your computer display to a higher number 800x600 or 1024X768. These higher resolutons will allow your monitor to show more screen "real estate." To change your resolution go to your control panels. This should be listed under your start menu, then select "display" and change the resolution there.

2. You can also log out of the support group and log back in. At the sign in screen check the option to: " Check this option to disable the advanced interface. " See if that helps.
